Vulcanization activators are having a strong activation effect on the cross linking reaction of diene rubber. The vulcanization speed is influenced; the crosslink density and the reversion resistance are increased. In most cases the dynamic properties of the vulcanized products are improved. Aurosin 600 or Aurosin 600 DL can replace stearic acid either completely or in part and also there is no tendency to bloom.
Application
It is an excellent activator for NR and it also used in other diene rubbers.
It can partly replace Stearic acid in synthetic rubber like SBR and NBR. Constant physical values such as tensile strength and elasticity can be achieved caused by the good dispersion of the soluble activator.
Aurosin 600 DL is dry form of liquid Aurosin 600. As a free flowing powder, it offers processing advantages compared to the high viscous liquid.
